Terms and Conditions for entry to the Harrods Christmas Grotto

Harrods Christmas Grotto operates from Saturday 3rd November to Monday 24th December 2012 inclusive. For certain dates there may be a restriction on the maximum number of Harrods Christmas Grotto e-Tickets ("Grotto e-Tickets") that may be requested.

A maximum of 10 Grotto e-Tickets will be issued per Rewards Card and there will be a £10 administration fee per booking.

Acceptance of Grotto e-Tickets confirms agreement to the following: Grotto e-Tickets are issued free of charge, hold no cash value, and are not for re-sale or transfer. There is no cash alternative. Grotto e-Tickets are only for your personal use and that of your party.

Harrods reserves the right to cancel Grotto e-Tickets that have been transferred or resold. Grotto e-Tickets must be presented in person at the Harrods Christmas Grotto at your allocated booking time. All persons must have a valid Grotto e-Ticket for entry and all children up to 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. If you are unable to attend the date and time allocated on your Grotto e-Ticket, please contact Customer Services on 0845 350 0015. Harrods reserves the right to refuse admission to the Harrods Christmas Grotto.

There is a £10 administration fee per booking. As a Harrods Rewards Card member the £10 administration fee will be credited to your Rewards card upon attending your booked slot, and available to spend in Harrods at any time until Monday 31st December 2012. After Monday 31st December 2012, any remaining cash balance will expire.

The £10 credit cannot be redeemed against Grotto photographs or photographic offers.

The use of personal photography and video recording equipment is strictly forbidden when with Father Christmas.

School confirmation:

Harrods Christmas Grotto runs from Saturday 3rd November to Monday 24th December inclusive. School parties are permitted on weekdays at 9:30am. For certain dates there may be a restriction on the maximum number of Harrods Christmas Grotto e-Tickets ("Grotto e-Tickets") that may be requested. A maximum of 40 Grotto e-Tickets will be issued per school party. Acceptance of the Grotto e-Tickets confirms agreement to the following: Grotto e-Tickets are issued free of charge, hold no cash value and are not for resale or transfer. There is no cash alternative. Grotto e-Tickets are only for your personal use and that of your party. Harrods reserve the right to cancel Grotto e-Tickets that have been transferred or resold. Grotto e-Tickets can only be used once. Each Grotto e-Ticket entitles the bearer to entrance to the Grotto at the allocated time. The School must have a valid Grotto e-Ticket for entry and all children up to 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. If your school party can no longer attend on the date and time allocated on your Grotto e-Ticket, please contact the Grotto Customer Service Team at grottocustomerservice@harrods.com or on 0845 350 0015. We regret that we are unable to offer any refreshments or free photographs.

General School infomation:
Your school party will need to arrive to Harrods Door 10 at 9.20am on your allocated day. If your school party is more than 10 people, we ask you to split your party in to groups of 10 people maximum. This should be done before you arrive at the Grotto. We also ask that children take off their coats/ jackets before they enter the Grotto. Group photographs will be taken and you will receive photograph reference numbers. You can then purchase the photographs when the store is open for business or you can call us on 08450 350 0015 to place an order. The photograph reference number can be given to parents if they wish to purchase a photograph. We will not take photographs of individuals, only group photographs. You are not allowed to take your own pictures with your own camera inside the Grotto.
